Tails and Dew Claws
These puppies have their tails and dew claws they were born with. Some have short tails that appear to be docked and some have long tails.
I had a hard time when I thought about docking them so I did a lot of research and feel that it is unnecessarily inflicting pain.
Tail docking is banned in 36 countries for being inhumane, I hope it will change in the US soon. There are other breeds like border collies, which are very similar to Aussies, they normally have tails, so tail docking is not required to be a herding dog and most of our puppies go to pet homes anyway.
If you have any questions about the tails let me know. If you want to see what they look like with tails you can google it. If you would like a puppy without a tail please contact us about future litters.

Mom and Dad
Annie Mae is a 2 year old black tri female with a very gentle, serious personality. She is an amazing mother who knew exactly what to do from the beginning of labor, to the birth and nursing them. She is 39 pounds and in excellent health. She is current on her vaccines and has annual check ups. She has no illnesses or any other problems. The vet is very happy with her weight and general health. She has been on a raw diet since 4 months old and her lean body and keen mind reflect that. Annie’s dad is AKC certified and her mom is a pure bred Red Tri but does not have certification papers.
Cooper is a 3 year old Red Merle who is extremely active and intelligent. He would chase a ball for hours on end if he could. He weighs 40 pounds and is in excellent health. He has one hazel eye with a blue dot and a blue eye. While Cooper is sillier, and much more active than Annie, he is extremely loving and always wants to be by my side. Cooper’s parents are AKC certified and he is registered with the AKC.
